Brad Larsen is the  Broker of Larsen Properties.  He has been very active in the fields of property management and real estate sales for over 25 years.  Brad became a licensed real estate agent in 1979 and obtained his broker's license in 1981.  He has handled management responsibilities for single-family homes as well as small office and apartment complexes.  Brad worked as a property manager for a firm in California before opening his own office in 1984.  He sold this business and moved to Reno in 1991 where he was the co-owner of a property management and real estate sales firm.  Brad sold his interest in this firm in 1996 and began working as a property manager and real estate sales agent until opening Larsen Properties, Inc. in 2004.  He has expanded his expertise in the fields of property management and real estate sales into the communities of Fallon, Fernley, and Carson City.  In addition to being the Broker of Larsen Properties, Brad currently handles the property management services for  Reno.  You may reach Brad in the Reno office at (775) 827-2822 .   He will be more than willing to discuss your property management or home sales needs with you.

Sandra McManus has lived in Churchill County for over ten years, and has been employed in the field of real estate since 1997. Sandy developed an interest in the field of property management and obtained her real estate sales license in 1998 and became a licensed property manager shortly thereafter.  She was employed as a property manager and real estate sales agent by a Fallon real estate firm until October of 2007.  Sandy joined Larsen Properties in November of 2007, as the property manager and real estate sales agent for the City of Fallon and surrounding Churchill County.  She has just obtained her Broker-Salesperson license and has been appointed as the branch manager of the Fallon office.
